The work of the whole body is managed by the brain. The signals from the brain are transmitted through electrical impulses to the spinal cord. The spinal cord is located in the vertebral canal. The signals are transmitted from it further down the nerve branches that go to internal organs, muscles, glanda, vessels, to all parts of the body.

In turn, the brain reacts to incoming information from the sensory organs. All together, the act like a communication system. However, in order for signals to come and go without distortion, the system of communications must be in order.

The first breach in the spine may occur immediately after birth. The passage through the maternity ring of the mother has a significant impact on the system of the unformed spine of the baby.

At birth, many children tend to have bent or stretched necks. Bending or stretching is the cause of excessive squeezing of nerves in that area. Many maternity displacement correct by themselves. But sometimes the effects are persist and can cause discomfort or pain, respiratory infections, otitis, rhinitis, sinusitis, etc.

Other causes of pathological changes in the spine are injuries (falls, bruises etc.) which may result in displacement and cause squeezing of nerves and muscle spasms.

Likewise, muscles that have spasms can often shift the vertebrae. In both cases, it creates a distortion or blocks the normal flow of nerve signals from the central nervous system.

Violations of the spine can be cause by long-term preservation of forced posture, improper posture, as well as metabolic disorders, hormonal exchange leading to the deposition of salts, osteoporosis. It is also seriously affected by the chemical stress – intoxication by medicines or toxic substances.

Daily stress, trauma, and surgical intervention are also causes of muscle contraction (spasms). They are involuntary and unconscious. If such reactions are repeated over and over again, there is a habitual muscle contraction, leading to a loss of control of muscle reflexes – sensory-motor amnesia.

Contracted or indurate (set) muscles are able to shift the vertebrae, squeeze the nerves, and reduce blood flow. Pain may occur, to which the brain reacts with more reduced muscle. As a result, constraint, spinal curvature, functional scoliosis, limitation of movement, and chronic pain.

In such violations, there is one cause for diseases. Depending on whether the nerve is exposed, a person may have impaired hearing or sight, appear dizziness, headaches, numbness in hands, feet, etc.

We will teach you a set of therapeutic exercises that help release squeezed spinal nerves and blood vessels, leading to:

The restoration of damaged functions to the various organs associated
with pinched spinal nerves and blood vessels, resulting in improved health and well-being. Relief of chronic muscle spasm, back and neck pain, headache.

Preventing displacement of intervertebral discs.

Optimal blood circulation in the extremities, improved blood circulation in limbs.

Restoration of mobility in the joints as well as flexibility of the spinal column.
