The breath is the most important aspect of our existence: a human being can live without breathing for no longer than three minutes. Our lives are often measured in terms of the first and the last breath. Nevertheless, inhalation and exhalation are not usually considered tools of healing. Yet, the importance of correct breathing has been known to mankind since time immemorial:

“If only people knew how to breathe correctly, diseases would become rarities” – Avintzena

Today, neither we ourselves, nor traditional medicine practitioners pay much attention to this exceptionally important, vital bodily function. They would eagerly tell a patient when to take medication, what to eat, how to move, but ironically, breathing would more often than not be left out of the process of treatment. At most a patient might be advised to breathe more deeply so as to saturate the organism with oxygen. And that would usually be the extent of it.

For more than twenty five years of practicing holistic medicine, we have been teaching a training system that allows our patients to correct a large number of medical conditions through breathing exercises. Our methodology combines knowledge obtained through modern research, and centuries-old experience of oriental breathing gymnastics. Through easily learned practice sessions this training system allows one to reach fast and stable improvement results.

Practice of our breathing exercises can help you to:

  • Dilate blood vessels
  • Stabilize emotional conditions and alleviate nervous tension
  • Get rid of headaches, insomnia, asthma
  • Improve blood supply to the brain and internal organs
  • Normalize blood pressure
  • Normalize metabolism and improve the activity of enzymes

In consultations we will teach you breathing exercises, explain how to perform the exercises, check the accuracy of the performance, and ways to obtain positive results.
